CW Allied provides innovative qualified materials management labor on a full-time basis or for defined-term municipal, petrochemical, industrial and construction projects requiring expertise and quick response time.
Our proficiency in complex projects combined with our cross-trained employee pool allows us to respond within hours of a request with experienced union labor and/or management personnel with the necessary certifications for the job.
Controlling inventory and moving materials safely and without damage is one part of a successful material management equation. Another part is designing a functional material flow within the workplace such that materials are present when needed, and are not creating an obstacle when they are not needed. CW Allied will create material flow designs and develop practical and functional processes so material management is efficient and saves cost.
Comprehensive inventory management and control services and personnel to boost efficiency and cut costs. Insure materials are in place and in good condition so they are available when needed. Services include but not limited to:
- Positive material identification including validating material matches PO or requisition
- Identify material as standard or specialized
- Confirms that orders are complete and match the work order or scope of work
CW Allied personnel will use their expertise in material management and safety to transport materials within your workplace without damage to the material, the facility surroundings, and personnel. We have personnel certified in forklift operation as well as material handling.
